- Or other times by prior arrangement. ie early flight departure/ skiing or early golf tee times

A credit card is required to hold your reservation at time of booking.
Credit cards, interac or cash are accepted at check-in.
Cancellation policy: minimum 7 nights' notice of cancellation prior to your booked arrival date for full refund. When less than 7 nights' cancellation notice is received, a refund will only be given if we are able to re-book the room for the same dates as your booking. There will be no refund if cancellation notice is within 48 hours of scheduled arrival.
